AgriAvtar Terms & Conditions**
1. Agreement Acceptance**
By using any AgriAvtar service or by starting work as a partner, the user automatically agrees to all the company’s terms and conditions.
2. Accuracy of Information**
* Partners, farmers, and customers must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
* Providing false information, forged documents, or using a fake identity will result in account termination.
3. Service Usage Conditions**
* The company will not be responsible for transactions not completed through the AgriAvtar app or platform.
* All services must be carried out through a registered account.
* Information must not be shared with third parties without authorization.
4. Fees, Charges & Commission**
* Company-declared charges, subscription fees, and commissions will be applicable.
* The company reserves the right to revise fees from time to time with prior notice.
5. Security Deposit Policy**
* The security deposit is fully refundable; however, it may be partially or fully forfeited in case of violation of company policies.
* All outstanding dues and complaints must be settled before any refund is processed.
6. Payment Policy**
* All payments will be made digitally via bank transfer or UPI.
* Processing time may take **7–15 working days**.
* Commission will be paid only for successfully completed services.
7. Code of Conduct**
* Partners must always behave politely and professionally.
* Fraud, misleading guidance, or charging customers extra is strictly prohibited.
* Partners must follow AgriAvtar brand and operational guidelines at all times.
8. Prohibited Activities**
The following activities will result in immediate account suspension or termination:
* Fake service entries
* Commission or charge-related fraud
* Data misuse or data leakage
* Misuse of the company name or logo
* Exploiting platform bugs or loopholes
9. Company Liability**
* The company is not liable for losses caused by natural disasters, technical failures, network issues, or third-party actions.
* AgriAvtar will not be responsible for incorrect advice or misconduct by any party.
10. Suspension & Termination**
* Accounts may be suspended or permanently terminated in cases of policy violations, proven complaints, or fraudulent activities.
* In case of contract termination, the security deposit will be settled as per the refund policy.
11. Privacy Policy**
* All data is stored securely.
* Personal information is used only for service delivery purposes.
* No information will be sold or shared without consent.
12. Legal Terms**
All disputes shall be governed by Indian law and resolved under the jurisdiction specified by the company.
The company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
The company can terminate the contract at any time without giving any reason.
Note
Only the security deposit is refundable, subject to company refund policy and after deduction of any outstanding dues or penalties.
All non-refundable costs will not be returned under any circumstances, including voluntary exit or contract termination
