AgriAvtar Online Service Partner program
1. Program Objective
The objective of the AgriAvtar Online Service Partner Program is to deliver digital services to rural farmers in a simple, transparent, and affordable manner. Through this program, trained partners can provide various online services to farmers and earn income.
2. Eligibility Criteria**
To become an Online Service Partner, an applicant must:
* Have Higher Secondary education (preferred)
* Own a computer/laptop with internet access
* Possess a willingness to support rural farmers
* Have valid identity documents (Aadhaar / PAN)
* Successfully complete AgriAvtar training
3. Security Deposit Policy**
* Security Deposit: **₹1,00,000 (One-time, Refundable)**
* This amount will be securely held by AgriAvtar.
* In case of contract termination, the deposit will be refunded fully or partially as per applicable terms.
* The deposit may be forfeited in cases of misconduct, fraud, service misuse, or violation of company policies.
* Annual subscription fee: ₹1,999. ( not -refundable)
4. Commission Structure**
* Online Service Partners will earn upto -30% commission** on every successfully completed service.
* Commission payouts will be made on a weekly or monthly basis.
* Higher service value results in higher earnings.
5. Scope of Services**
Online Service Partners are authorized to provide the following services:
1. Crop advisory booking
2. Soil testing booking
3. Government scheme information and application support
4. Input booking (seeds, fertilizers, pesticides)
5. Market price updates and selling assistance
6. Digital support (KYC, payments, documentation)
7. Agricultural machinery rental and booking support
8. Weather information and crop management assistance
6. Training & Support
AgriAvtar will provide:
* Free online training
* Application and tool usage guidelines
* Customer service backend support
* Marketing materials and digital posters
* Technical support
7. Payment Policy**
* All payments will be transferred digitally via bank or UPI.
* Commission settlements will be processed weekly or monthly.
* Partners can view real-time earnings and transaction details in their profiles.
8. Code of Conduct**
Partners must:
* Maintain polite, professional, and helpful behavior
* Present information accurately and honestly
* Avoid providing incorrect or misleading service advice to farmers
* Follow AgriAvtar brand and operational guidelines
9. Service Terms**
* Partners may not claim or provide services outside the AgriAvtar platform.
* All services must be recorded through the official application.
* Fake transactions or incorrect data submission may result in account deactivation.
10. Account Suspension / Termination Policy**
Accounts may be suspended or terminated if:* Fraudulent activities are detected
* Farmer complaints are proven valid
* Unauthorized charges are collected
* Platform usage policies are violated
In case of contract termination, the security deposit refund will be processed according to company policy.
11. Deposit Refund Policy**
* Refunds will be processed within **30–45 days** after contract closure.
* Any outstanding dues or claims will be deducted before refund.
12. Legal Terms**
* All transactions recorded on the AgriAvtar digital platform shall be considered legally valid.
* Any legal disputes will fall under the jurisdiction designated by the company.
The company can terminate the contract at any time without giving any reason.
