1. Non-Refundable Subscriptions
Once a subscription is purchased and activated, the payment is non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds or partial refunds if the subscriber wishes to cancel midway.
2. Cancellation Policy
Users cannot cancel their plan once it is activated.
Subscriptions are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered individual.
3. Exceptions – Technical Issues
If there is a service disruption caused by AgriAvtar (example: website, SMS not delivered for extended periods, or helpline failure), we will:
Extend the subscription period at no extra cost, OR
Provide an alternative solution of equal value.
4. No Liability for External Factors
AgriAvtar is not responsible for issues caused by:
Internet or mobile network problems
SMS delivery failures due to telecom providers
User-provided incorrect details during registration
